Wave Board

I just got inside from riding my wave board to blog. It is hard to when you just start and my dad is getting good at it. He just doesn't know how to turn. I already know how so its really easy for me. So once you get it its really fun, I can already go on ramps, front manual, and manual. Its really easy for me and i can turn really hard. So I'm really good.

Jawbreaker

OMG, jawbreakers are the best. I used to have them back when i was little. but like 3 days ago i got my first really big one. It costed about 1.50 and they are super good. But if you lick it a lot for like 3 days strait your tongue might bleed. Mine did about3 times today. It kinda hurts but i got over it. It didn't hurt then but it stings a little now. But I'm alright they still taste good.

Pillage the village

Pillage the village is a fun game. All you do is throw people and if you throw them high enough they will die on the first throw and give you a lot of money. But you can't let them escape. My biggest wish

I biggest wish is to fly. I have always wanted to fly. I bet everybody has. But not no a an airplane,i mean all by myself. That would be so awesome. I don't know whether i would be a super hero or let everybody know i could fly.Well maybe at first i would b kind of a super hero but then maybe later let people know. but overall, i wish I could fly.

rock candy

I like any kind of rock candy even though know of only 2. As long as its not real rocks. I know of the rock candy lollipop which is really good, they come in different flavors. The other kind of rock candy is pop rocks and those are really good too. I love them both because they taste SO good and the pop rocks pop in your mouth, the rock candy can cut your tongue. But they both taste wonderful.

I am going to give you guys a chance to pick what I should blog about about next time I blog. I am doing thus because its like sharing my blog and i sometimes don't like to pick for myself. Sometimes but most of the time in different situations i like to be independent and do things for myself. So comment on what i should blog about and ill see if I'm satisfied with what you suggest. And I may pick yours so be on the look out.

The painting

A really really really extremely extremely nice nice painting that my great uncle who is an extremely great painter who even gets paid of his paintings come in yesterday. It was the greatest painting I have ever seen in my whole entire life and it was of my dad and mom. I couldn't believe it when i saw it. I thought I was gong to faint. My god i almost even fell to the ground in my amazement, it is just beyond explaining how great this painting was. My god and coming from my family. It was just crazy. So here it is.

Google toolbar

I love the Google toolbar on the right side of my screen. You can add like anything. I have a timer, web clips, the news, an amazon.com searcher, the weather, and a bunch of games. Most of that stuff just comes with it, but some of the things i added myself with the add gadgets button. I don't know how i got it. I think it just appeared one day but i have seen it before, and it rocks.

Blade Runner the final cut

I just saw Blade runner that is probably rated R. A replican which is a robot that are made to look exactly like humans bulged a guy's eyes out. That was really disturbing. There was a part where the replican stuck a nail into is hand to make it work, that was weird. And the part where where the blade runner shot the girl that looked a little disturbing, but other than that, things were good. Those blade runners will getcha. So watch out!

Indiana Jones and the Lost Ark

I really really liked this movie. The very first Indiana Jones movie. i had never seen this movie and my dad was so surprise, he went strait to netflix and put it on the top of his or my cue. It didn't come that much later. I love the part where the sand ghosts come out of the big tomb thing. They like destroy all of the people that look at it. It is so awesome. But Indiana Jones and his girlfriend i guess didn't look at it and it ended before they opened their eyes. So they lived.

Talent show

Well i had my talent show at my school. But Wednesday was my little brother's school talent show. I wrote a piece of music out of my brothers guitar riffs, changed up some rhythms in it, and formed it on the piano and it sounded GREAT. So my dad said i should be in my little brothers talent show and i agreed so we practiced every day for a half an hour. It was the school i went to last year's talent show that i went in every year. By the show it was really good. But the first person was an amazing tap dancer. Some other show was a brown belt karate show that was AWESOME. And they save the best for the last, an amazingly talented great dancer. She was SO SO SO good. My god was she talented. Well as they said in one of the talent shows "That's all Folks".

I am legend

You probably know this movie. It was so awesome!!! It wasn't even as scary as i thought it would be. It was so cool. He was shooting like everywhere. He was from the army. And he was the only person immune to the virus that was spreading around everywhere. He had this sweet laboratory where he tested rats to see if he could cure them. An he did cure one. It wasn't getting as aggressive as the other ones. indian jones and the temple of doom!

This i think might be a great movie. I haven't seen it yet but my dad said it was horrible so ill tell you what i think about it tomorrow or another time after i watch the movie.

Spring Fling

I went to the spring fling at my brothers school and saw about 4 or 5 kids from my school there and hung out with them. He had fun and screamed a lot and ran around and just hung out. I am about to watch I Am Legend with my friend that i invited over. But i had a really fun time because all my friends were there well not all of but a lot of them so ill blog about i am legend later.

my phone

I was texting my friend last night during a movie and then i told him i had to go to bed. But then he called me. I told him to not call so late. He called and i hung up then i called him back to tell him to not call me but i accidentally put it on speakerphone and my dad of course heard it and took it away. So i think i now have decided to turn of my phone at night so nobody calls me or texts me late at night.

Planet earth

Planet earth is a series of episodes in HD DVD and it looks SO good. Like its really beautiful and its just so good. I mean its so really its so amazing. It talks about animals and plants and migration well at least that's what i have seen so far but it is just such a wonderful thing to watch.

school this week

School this week is going great. I'm not getting homework or as much as i would other weeks. Its just great. Everything is easy in school. I don't know my grades yet, but ill find out some time. Progress reports are coming out Friday, so that should be good. So yeah.

New Scooters

My brother got a new scooter yesterday. He got a spider man one that was cheap and crappy. It was flimsy and looked like it was about to break in at least a week. So my mom took it back. And the today she got a red razor which was much better except you couldn't put the other side of the handlebar in because we found out that the hole you put it through was a little bent. So she took that one back and got the exact same one but the handlebars actually went in and everything is finally OK.

No country for old men

This movie is rated R. I thought it was both a weird and great movie. It is about a guy who finds a case of money in the desert. A psycho path chases the guy who has the money and wants to kill him. In the process he pretty much kills like everybody. He has this crazy a$$ gun that is huge but shoots far and extremely strong and he is a good shot. So he tries to find the guy with money and many people try to track him down and in the process they get killed by the psycho path. It had the weirdest ending though that you can find out about if you watch the movie.

druming today

I was really hyper about an hour ago when i was practicing on my practice pad. I was in my room and i went crazy after awhile of playing. I started screaming and singing and banging on everything safe to bang on really fast and it was making so much noise just as i wanted it and then i accidental broke my ceramic egg. I have fixed most of it with tape but it still looks nice.

Open House

Well open house was today. But it wasn't much even though it was in middle school. Only my math teacher had my grade thank god which was a 94 A. So my dad just told me everything was estimated to an A and Math is my subject. So i am doing really good in school. But all open house is is you wait about 5 minutes in line to hear what is going on with your child in that particular class. IN my band class we waited about 15 minutes ad didn't get in time for the cookies at the library. So that sucked but at least i got to see all my friends there.

the concert

My first concert ever was the best concert ever. It was loud and crazy! They had so many lights and confetti at the end and it was just the best thing i have ever been to. They had lasers and many different colored lights and really cool clothes and many hats and everything. There were guitar solos and drum solos and those were both so awesome. There was a guy who ran up onto the stage and hugged Eddie Van Halen and then a fat security guy head locked him and threw him off stage probably arrested him. But it was so sosososososososososo cool. But i had the best time of my life. They played every song i wanted them to and it was definitely the worth 250 each person. They must have spent at least $100 billion before the show started. But they got their money back. They had at least 4 spin shaped stacks of humongous speakers hanging from the top. So it would be extremely loud and it definitely was. The place where me my dad and my dad's best friend sat was like right next to the stage so it was definitely the best most awesome thing that ever happened to me.

Van Halen

I am going to see Van Halen in concert on monday. I can't wait. I am leaving tomorrow. I have to blog about it when i get home from the concert. It is going to be the very fist concert i have ever been to. I don't think its supposed to be the first concert of my life though i think i have missed a couple about 2 or 3 years ago. I forgot why but i think i could have went.

star testing week

Week tomorrow is the start of star testing week. I'm not going to blog all through star testing week cause i need to get a good night sleep. So no blogging Monday through Friday. Ill have to tell you what happened during that week on Friday. So i hope you can handle that.

Talent show

Well my talent show is today after school. And I'm in it. I am in every years talent show. I call them talent shows but they are called variety shows. There is a variety of things happening with people who have talent in them. So its like the varalenty show.

Yesterday morning

Yesterday morning i did it. I took my shower and walked my slow dog. I took my shower at about 6:10 and ended it at about 6:25 and got the dog walking at about 6:30 and got back at about 7, So yesterday was the perfect morning. Couldn't have been better.

This morning

This mornin which is right now, i had to get up at 5:30 so i could gtake a shower and walk my slow dog. Maybe i can do it. But we'll see.

Indiana Jones

Well I'm about to watch Indiana Jones. The one where the rock comes at him. I have never even seen it before iv only been on the ride. Can you believe iv ever even seen it. That's crazy. Well ill blog about the movie on monday. See ya

my report card

My report card was the best ever.I got it yesterday and i got a B+ in music for not practicing and an A in everything else which includes all the academic subjects so its technically perfect. So i get to go to the Van Halen concert which is such a coo reward that i don't know how i could have asked for a better one.

Scavenger hunt

Well 2 or 3 days ago me, my dad, and my friends went to pirates scavenger hunt at the Boys and Girls Club (BGC) and i had a pretty fun time there.When we got to the bgc i got to have a Pepsi and there were chocolate coins spread all over the table, the bgc room was decorated and everything and it was pretty cool. And the chocolate and Pepsi go great together. Try it. So we had to do puzzles to find out where to go to take a picture which was worth 20 points or to get an item like a gumball for 5 points. So we missed about 2 or 3 things and it went on till 7-9 and we thought that was plenty of time, but it wasn't for us the first place winners who got there at about 8:30 got a gift certificate to a fancy restaurant and the last place winners got a gift certificate to McDonald's. We didn't get any of those prizes. But it was still pretty fun.

my dog

I know i have talked about my dog a lot but he looks a lot better now. I walk him everyday so he is really much skinnier than when we got him. Much Much Much more skinnier than we got him. Even all my friends are sayin that. So Orson is the best dog ever. If it weren't for me he or my dad's aunt's niece he wouldn't be alive. So yeah he is strong and the best dog ever.

this mornin

This mornin i forgot my poster project for history which was my first block. I had to call my dad to bring it to me. I knew i was going to be late to homeroom and get detention but i needed to present the project or else i would lost 30 or 100 points on a project which would mess up my grade pretty bad. So he got there right when the bell rang which meant i was late this mornin. Oh well.

Horchata

Horchata is the best. The Mexican rice drink that you all should know is. It is the best ever. Its made outta rice and Cinnamon and a bunch of other stuff but i never knew rice could be so good. So yeah. Its the best. Its drink week just to let you know.

Kern's

Kern's r so good. Im doing this in txt stile cause its faster. So ya. Kerns is a drink like mango and guava peach r the three flavs. My fav is Guava. its the best. Mango is second then peach. Mango tastes a little like guava but not entirely. But peach just tastes like peach as a drink just not as good as a real peach. So thats what Kern's r.

food week

I don't know if you've noticed but it food week! I have been blogging only about food the whole week starting with the tamales. So yeah Monday is the end of food week. Wahwahawahwahwhawhahawhwhwahawhawhawhwa no more food week. Oh well. But i wanted to blog about ice cream. Ice cream is the best. I LOVE ICE CREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean who doesn't. Its the best. In fact I'm eating some right now. And mmmmm mm m m mm m mmmmm mm mmm m m m mm mm m mm mm m m mm mm mm m mmmmmmmmmm m is it good. Its from Cold Stone. The best. Its called founders favorite and i got one for my dad which i knew he wouldn't eat but my mom insisted so i got really happy cause i knew he wouldn't eat and he gave it to me. Yayayayayayayayaya. So yeah that's what i gots to say.

egg tacos

Egg tacos rock. My mom made em for me this morning and they are pretty good. She puts eggs and ham in a flower tortilla which is my favorite kind of tortilla. I'm eating them right now. I'm eating that and a pear. Oh yeah a pear. That's what I've been eating every morning cause they are the best.

pears

Pears are really good. They even look cool. They taste great in fact I'm eating one right now. They are healthy and look like an apple on the inside but taste different from an apple. So its like an alternative of an apple. And the peaches are green with spots which is pretty cool.

Tamales

Well today we were making tamales. We havent ate them yet. We were first peeling them and guess what we found inside. Yes we foung corn but we found catapillars in almost every one. I think there were about 4 or 5 that didt have any catapilars but they were sososososo cool. There about 2 or 3 different ones in there. It was really ausome. Oh yah and guess wht what the sopanish word for garlic is, Ahol, not A-hole but ahole.That was sofunny becasue i had to get them from the store for my nanna. We also got to grind every kernal, i hope we get to cook them, although they might be ready already.

Beach

Well 2 days ago we went to the beach. It was the Gulf of California. There were jellyfish in those waters, but there were none. But as alway my mom didnt let me go that fr. I only succeed to go that far when i dont her her, not purposlybut i just dont. But i fai when my premas and relatives tell me shes callin me. I hate that. I guess she it just trying to be proective of me. So i dont die by the jelly fish but i saw many many more people further than me including my primos. But its alright, i will be able to do tht stuf and go far when im older, i mean she cant be protective forever.

Keyboard

Well just about 10 minutes ago my dad's keyboard wasn't working. It totally broke down. My dad was sososososo freakin out because it was his newer computer with vista instead of windows xp. So it was really good. So he tried to restart his computer. Then it wouldn't turn on and he was SOSOSO freakin out. He was tellin how he was going to freak out. But then later before we went to the ciber chata it started to work so its all good now.

How we got here

Well we got to the ciber chata where i blog by walking. We had to because my mom and the others took the car to Guasave and left us with a car that doesnt work but the people who used got to the house with it. I dont know why it doesn{t work it just doesnt and it was annoying. But we had to walk about 3 miles just to get here and it was hot and we still have to walk back but its alright, it doesnt seem like 3 miles

Driving!!!

OMG Well yesterday i got taught to drive because i put up a big fuss about getting my harcut because i really really really didnt want to get it. So my dad made me a deal that if i didnt put up a fuss anymore about and when i was getting the hair cut too he would teach me to drive. So i caught on to it sososososososososos0o quikly and it was so easy my dad let me do it without siting on his lap. So now i know how to drive and i drove him to the ciberchata. It is SO fun to drive too.

On the way to mexico

Well on the way to mexico i had to sit in the cramped back seat where all the luggage was as always and we stopped so many times adn we didnt get there in 10 hours but 12 after nogalas. But when we stopped at the gas station called oxxo which is the only cnvinient store Mexico really hasi got to sit in the middle. Then the next time i got to sit in the fron front. So the way there was alright and we went to the house and went to sleep.

New phone

Well i got my dream phone. The Alias. It flips both ways into a keyboard and into a regular phone, its soooososooosososo thin. Thinned than a razor!!!. And its just the best. We switched to Verizon and it rocks so much.You should switch to it. Its so advanced. And most of all it has the Alias but so is it on sprint. But seriously, Verizon is he best of the best. So yeah. That's all i got to say about it.

The Fight

Well me the kid since our lockers are right next to each other had to plan a fight for after school. Well at first he said he would surprise me and get me at any time and i wouldn't know. I really don't like to be surprised and i think nobody likes to be surprised. So i told i wanted to see it. So we planned a fight after school behind the gym. And there were so many people because the friends told other friends and it went on and on and there turned out to be about 20 people there or more. I knew most of them. So i really didn't think the kid would fight me at all. I honestly thought that. So i went down there after school because i thought that he would just say alright we don't need to do this whatever. But we got into the fight. I wasn't going to hit him at all. But then he started to hit me. I blocked 2 punched on my arm and the third on my eye. So now i have a black eye. I say no I'm done, I'm not fighting anymore but he just keeps saying come on let;s go and throws some more punches and i just back away. And i start to walk away and he says no 1 more minute 10 more seconds. Come on. Then he just tripped me. And said the same stuff. But then he got tired of it and finally walked away. And i finally got to go home with my black eye. Me and my dad told the principal and now he has to go to the principal in the morning in homeroom. So i don't know whats going to happen today but we'll have to see.

Mayhem

Well there is this kid who goes to my school and his PE Locker is right next to mine and he likes to mess around with me and he is like to bully. And I saw him at mayhem and his gang. It was as if he was in a gang t me. His gang kept surrounding me. They were all kids from either Sinaloa or some other school. He wanted to fight me because he said that i was talking crap about him and that i told the principal from my school on him. I didn't do any of that but when he said i told the Principal on i right away knew who it was. About a week ago from then this kid said i don't have to worry about him because he told the principal and i just whatever. And i never knew that the kid would start to talk crap about him. And i didn't know i would get blamed for it at least. But at Mayhem The staff came over and i tried o keep it cool and not say anything about it and not rat on him but some other kids found out and came over told her what was going on and this kid wanted to know who ratted on him and i said i didn't know and it wasn't me but he didn't believe me. So i went away from the crowd and immediately a kid in a black hood came over and this kid was tall strong and he was probably an eighth grader and he grabbed me by me head and back and smacked me into the wall with my back facing him. I was SO scared i started to cry and shiver and the crowd surrounding me and him was saying let go of him he is just a little kid to the hooded kid while the kid was yelling at me "did you rat on him" over and over and over again. And finally he ran away and i didn't get a good look art him so i didn't know who he was and i was so scared. The staff came over again and brought me up to the office and i told my friend who i brought their to call his dad to take me home, because he was going to in the first place. And all this started at about 9:00 and went on till 10:00. A full hour. It was crazy. But i survived. I just don't know whats going to happen at school. If he bully's me again. I going to have to do something about it. I don't know what i am going to do, But i am going to have to stand up to him.

Orson

My dog Orson is a crazy, lazy, fazy trazy, camazy, somazy, farter. He loves to fart for some reason that we haven't figured out yet but it shtanks soooo much. you have no idea. I smell it right now and my dad kicked him down stairs(not literally) because he shtanked sooooo much. I can't take it anymore. Well actually as long as he lives i can take it. I'll just do what my dad did. Hey tomorrow, you will look forward to this blog for it is about school and Mayhem (at boys and girls club) problems, and gangs.

School

We got homework over the three day weekend. Why would they give us homework over the weekend? I don't know why. Maybe it was because it was a Thursday. I don't know but i got math homework and science homework. They were pretty easy though so it wasn't really much of a problem.

Trouble

I am always is trouble. trouble trouble trouble. Over my whole weekend i was in trouble. Right now I'm in trouble. My dad lets me blog while I'm in trouble. I mean I'm always getting good grades, By the way in my history class i have a 108.3 out of 100!!!!!!. That is just crazy. So yeah. But i just got to pull my behaviour together, But its just so hard. Oh well. Maybe one day.

downloading knights online

Well i have been trying to download knights online which is this free Internet game like maplestory just without the cartoon. But the problem is the first one that i tried everyone has been turning of my computer after i tell them not to for 3 days and then i get to find out that that patch file doesn't work and i tried a new one that takes way less time. Guess what. My sister turns my computer off after i told her personally not to. And so i just tried a different patch with the same one i did earlier. So i will tell you if it works or not.

pimple thingon my tongue

Do you ever get this weird little pimple on your tongue sometimes? Well i do all the time and it is so annoying and it kinda hurts. Well i have one right now and so does my dad. Its so weird. I hate it. The worst thing is i don't know why its there. The reason its there. I wish i knew so i could stop it. Maybe its from something i ate. Or maybe some sugar that i ate. I don't know but its so annoying.

Chronicles of Narnia te game.

the Chronicles of Narnia the game is really fun. my brother got it as a reward. I just started to play it today and i got pretty far. I got inspired after my brother started to beg and beg and beg me to play with him. I just finally played his file and fought a bunch of monsters and it was really fun. So now that's what i am going to play when i finish all my chores, projects and homework. When I'm free. Oh yeah, we got it for the Xbox.

the person i like

Well i still like that girl but i not afraid of her anymore. The last time i was playing the drums i was right in back of her. o i am not afraid. And i got to use it as an excuse for the kid who broke or sprained his leg to take me out 5 minutes early of school. And the next day i just went in right by her to get my band book. Now I'm actually trying to get near her. Kinda. so yeah. That's how its going.

Mystery box

Well my dad got a mystery box and he got some weird stuff. He got speakers that you can hook up to handheld devices including any mp3 players. he got a thing fling fan which is the website he bought It from for 20$. A monster shirt. And a 1gb mp3 player. and the mysterious suspense of waiting to get it.

Somebody i like

Well there is somebody i like and i gave her a note yesterday on her backpack at the end of my band class which was my last class. I did it mostly because my dad told me i had to cut my hair on Friday and i love my hair the way it is because it is the way i have always wanted it for my whole life. And if i cut it i will look ridiculous. So i gave her the note because i didn't want to get up every morning saying to myself i am going to tell her when i don't. So then i gave her the note on her backpack, actually i just placed it there and she didn't know till she picked up her backpack, and ran out and got caught on two things because i got scared that she would see me. So then i thought ah man, now i have to get up every day trying to avoid her and not know what is going to happen like today. I avoided her. So tomorrow i don't know what is going to happen, but we'll see.

Van Halen

OOOOOOMMMMMMGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!! I get to go see Van Halen the band. I can't wait. And its in North Carolina. So i have to fly all by myself on two airplanes. And I'm going with my dad's best friend. Its going to be the best. I can't wait to even blog about it. The blog is probably going to be so long. At first it was my dad who was going to go see it, but too bad for him, he has to go in San Fransisco and do some work, actually San Fransisco is a pretty cool place, so he will still have fun over there. I just can't wait till i get to go see Van Halen

library day

Well one of the days i had to go to the library to get information for my history project i haven't told you about yet, But i will tell you about it, i was done at the library but my dad wasn't going to pick me up for awhile so i wanted to walk home. So i called him up and told him i was going to walk home and he was alright with it. But it was a long long long way to walk home, but i really wanted to. I knew the way. So i started to walk home and it seemed like it was going to take such a long time to even get home. And it did. So i had my wallet and i got hungry, so i saw a McDonald's and asked my dad if i could buy myself some lunch and he was alright with it so i did. And then i saw my dad walk in because he said he got my sister Baskin Robins. And that i guess was pretty close. And then after i finished eating and he offered to bring me home so i said yes and got home.

my computer

Right now i am using my dad's computer because my computer is so messed up. We think it's a virus. It is going slower than ever, the background won't change to my preferences and when my dad put google as my home page, and he went back to it, t went back to MSN. So it is screwed up. And that was just now. When that happened he said we're going to have to re-do the whole computer from scratch. So that is just what might have to happen. Right now he is doing a full scan to see if there are any problems.

Cleaning my room

Well yesterday when i was in trouble for the big mistake i had to clean my room and what my dad called it, I have given up trying to pernounce and don't remember. I think you can picture how bad that must have sounded. Pretty crazy. So yeah. I am not even done cleaning my room either. I must get to it tommorrow. Tommorrow would be the 3rd day i have been working on it. So i better get to it. BYE.

Chocolate Fantasy

Chocolate Fantasy is a cold stone ice cream that is brand new. Me and my mom went for Valentine's day. The ice cream is all Ghiradelli. Ghiradelli hcocolate squares, chocolate chips, and ice cream. It is the best. I am still eating it right now.

A big mistake

Well in my pre algebra class which i have an A in I cheated on homeswork, or tried to cheat. I didn't want to do my 52 problem homework so i was coppying my friends paper and got caught. I had to call my dad and i got in a ton of trouble. Now on Saturday I have to be on my bed for the whole day. The biggest mistake I have ever made was that. A mistake that wil never be repeated in the history of my life.

The Thrill of the Hunt

I have been invited to guest blog in this space and have enthusiastically accepted the honor. These thoughts are my own and should not used for any purpose other than approved specifically by me. It might be better to not use them for even those purposes.

We have awaited the report card which arrived recently with great anticipation. Having monitored progress this past quarter, I was sure that the outcome would be positive. In fact, I was relatively certain that this would be the best report of the boy's academic career to date. I even went so far as to speculate about whether it would be a perfect report - that is, one with an A in every subject. Inevitably as we discussed the forth-coming report the question arose as to whether I had ever received a perfect report card. I was forced to admit that, in fact, I have not. The truth of the matter is quite a bit starker, but I was able to answer the direct question and through some great fortune, there was no follow-up that might been more revealing. Not yet, anyway. I don't doubt that it will come in due time. But it is already too late to have a detrimental impact, so I needn’t worry on it.

But this notion of the straight-A report card got me thinking. I playfully referred to it as mythical because, in fact, I have not only never received one, I have never actually seen one. I have never personally known anyone who has received one. So it is, to me, like a beast in the forest who has no name. It is stalked and hunted with fervor and skill, but is elusive. Just when you lunge right and think you are about to grab it by the tail, it darts left and it is off again leaving only a small cloud of dust. The scent that permeates the report card that was recently delivered is as close as I have ever been to the beast. The boy assuredly has the academic scrapes and bruises that are the tell-tale signs of his quest. I admire that his resolve is heightened with every attempt he makes to corner his prey. It is what convinces me that he will eventually be successful in this endeavor.

But wait…

I came to a new realization based on recent developments. The boy is being evaluated for inclusion in the Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) program. While I was initially being whimsical in my description of the “Mythical Straight-A Report Card” perhaps I was a bit closer to the reality of the matter than I intended. For just as he has risen from the dirt, with scuffed knee and moist brow, with a tuft of course fur in his clenched fist – just as he has figured out how to track the beast and how to out-think it and out-maneuver it – just as he is about to achieve his goal – the rules of the game are about to change!

With acceptance into GATE, the wilderness in which he hunts will become broader. The beast itself will grow larger and more cunning. The effort and stamina required will increase. The frustrations will multiply and the intimidating roar will grow louder. The boy will be required to take a few steps back to regroup and rework his strategy. It will require an investment of time and effort to build the new level strength and endurance required to capture the beast.

The timing of these events is no coincidence. For, I realize now, our mythical beast must remain ever-elusive. The satisfaction of catching it will be fleeting. It is the hunt itself that is the most important most valuable part of the endeavor.

my report card

Guess what my report card said! It and A A A A A B!!!!!!!!!!OOOOOMMMMMGGGGG!!!!!! Can you believe that! 5 A's and only 1 B. No wonder my i am taking that test to go in GATE. The B was from science. Only if i got that one A in science i would have had the "mythical" strait A report card as my dad says. But all the comments on my report card were so wonderful. And none of them were bad. My dad's favorite was High level of skill. That was in band i think. So thats all i got to say about it. I hope my dad can blog as a guest blogger about it too.

School

Well i haven't taken the test yet but i figured out how i got offered to go to GATE. It was my English teacher. I have a 96 A currently in that class. I think i have to write a paper to see if i can go in GATE or not. I am still not sure if i have to take a test or not. But i am best at writing so i will probably get in GATE if i don't take the test. I have no idea if i will get in it or not if i do take the test.

School

Well today in my science class a councler came in and gave me a paper that i had to give to my dad so he could rate me to see if I could go in GATE next year i think. The paper has a bunch of questions that my dad puts a mark on one of the five ratings for each question. I was amazed that i was getting evaluated to go into GATE. I really didn't know i was that smart. But i guess i am. So i have to take the GATE test and see if i will go to GATE. I think i will pass it if i really concentrate on it. But i think its supposed to be really hard. We will have to see if i pass it or not. I will tell if i do or don't pass it.

family night

Family night is when me and my family get together downstairs on the couch and watch a movie. Right now were about to watch shrek 3. I just had to blog before i come and watch it. It soesn't have to be something that we've never watched before but we usaully watch somthing new. So yeah. Thats how it goes. bye.

Power Squid

Well a power squid is in a squid shape with the power cords running out of it like tentacles. It is very cool and i just hooked it up today. It is so cool to have and everything is running alright it looks like here is more room under my desk and the cords are less tangled. Ands its pretty cool looking. Atlest i think. My dad got them off this thing called woot and you get stuff for extra cheap prices. There were two for one price on there and your only aloud to order 3 of something so in the pakage he got 6 and thats what he wanted. So i am using one right now. The one in the picture is the exact same one we have but in all black and we have six of them.

Guitar Hero 2

Well my friend got guitar hero 2 for his PS2 and my Guitar hero is old and scratched it doesn't work. So one day i brought my guitar over there because he only has one guitar and we got to play each other and of course I'm way better than I'm and i beat him every time even though i was on expert and he was on medium and i still beat him. It was easy to beat him too. But it was fun because i haven't played guitar hero 2 since a log time because it was broken. So it was really fun to go back to the songs. But i have guitar hero 3 so I'm covered. But its harder on guitar hero 3. But the songs are way better. And guitar hero 3 has a lot of heavy metal. So its really cool to listen to that. So that's all i got to say today.

Maplestory

I know i blog about maplestory a lot but i like to give updates on different things like next time i blog i will probably blog about guitar hero 2. Now i had to download a new patch file and it is the best. It is fun and it is different. In the very beginning when you first start you get more stuff and there are more missions and now the monsters are dropping green apples it is so fun. Then new quests in the beginning are really much better than the old ones even though they kept the old ones which is pretty cool but the new ones are the ones were you get potions and apples and all kinds of stuff. Then when you get your firs job either a rouge, magician, bowman, or warrior there are beginner training quests that get you a lot of stuff. So it really sounds like i am really enjoying this game huh? Well i am.

Boston baked beans - (BBB)

BBB are the best. I love them. They taste like candy and i suppose they are. I used to think they were actually beans. I thought they were candy tasting beans so i thought i could have as much as i wanted until my dad told me i couldn't have any more. That's when i figured they were candy. So they are the best.

Homework

I think everybody hates homework like i do. I think its boring not fun a waste of time sometimes. But sometimes it helps you understand he test or what your studying. I bet thats why they give it to us. But its just really boring and I think thats what everybody thinks about it too.

Maplestory

Maplestory is SO fun now. They updated so much stuff while i wasn't playing. It is so fun. The monsters you kill give out tons a different stuff like presents, equips, and etc. They have more events and missions and it is just the best. They have more pets from the cash shop which you pay for with real money and new monsters and places and even in the begging they have a new training ground and it is just the best.

My grades

I have really good grades. I think i have 5 A's and 1 B which will go probably tomorrow. Because i have a test. All I have to do is keep my A's up. I didn't take anything to get A's. I didn't have to study one bit. In fact when i don't study it makes my test scores really good. So I guess that is kinda weird but very true. Some people might not understand that but I know why.

Mike Lupica

Mike Lupica an author. The author of the book I'm reading called Heat and a book called Miracle on 49th street. He is a very good author. In fact he is a very great author. He like
s to put names of the streets the people are on. Especially in Heat. Not as much as in Miracle on 49th street for a reason that I have no idea about. But he is a great author that's what i wanted to say.

Fire pit

Well we made a fire pit about 2 or 3 days ago. We were burning trash and the things we didn't want like crappy chairs and a ladder that went to by bunk bed that we didn't need anymore. While I was working in the garage my dad was watching the fire. Then later on that night i asked if we could roast marshmallows to make smores. My friend was over at that point and we didn't have any marshmallows so my friend said he did. But apparently he didn't. So we went to the store and got marshmallows and chocolate. We already had graham crackers. So we roasted marshmallows on wire coat hangers because we didn't have a stick long enough to roast them. When everybody except me and my friend left it was obviously me and him. But we roasted and roasted and then we started to throw leaves at each other. It was really fun. Then we started to tackle each other. Then we started to throw water at each other. It was really fun. I guess were just really crazy friends.

Maplestory

Maplestory is an free online game that is a very fun game because i have a lot of friends that i know play on there. So Your this guy or girl u pick and you go around and fight monsters and You have to kill them to gain experience points to gain a level. There are different worlds you can go in and play on. They are like files. Like Broa and Windia, and Khania or something like that. You just go to mapleglobal.com and on the left it will say download game and on that page it will say download click that too and it will start to download so you can play and it will appear as an icon on there. I have a level 25 magician which is the highest level I have. I have a bunch of guys. You can start by becoming a magician, rouge, bowman, or swordsman. It is a really fun game to play. I recommend it highly.

The Simpsons hit and run

It is a game that I have for my PS2. It is a really fun game too. One time I stayed up all night playing it. I got really far all the way up the guy Apu. He drives such a fast car. But his missions are really hard and so are Marg's. When your in the beginning your Homer, then your Bart, then your Lisa, Then your Marge, then your Apu and then I don't know who you get to be After Apu. because I haven't got past Apu yet but the time will come if I play some more. But it really is a fun game.

Rainbow Lollipop

As I'm type I'm eating this big round Rainbow Lollipop. This thing is HUMUNGO sized. I got it from my uncle for Christmas. It is SO good too. It is the sweetest thing I have ever had I think. But it is good. I have a sweet tooth. When I bite this thing I get a headache. But its so good. I feel like my teeth are going to fall out. But I can't believe I'm eating it. I can't believe my dad is letting me have it. I have never had so much candy in one day I don't think at least. I thought it was going to take me days to eat it. But now that I'm biting it (which I am deciding to stop biting it) it is going to go way faster. it turns out its only going to probably take all night. But this thing is good.

The Last Samurai

The lat samurai is a very good movie about an American soldier who gets captured in a battle. He was training soldiers. And he is in a tribe with a Japanese women and her children and it turns out He was the person who killed her husband. There is a samurai named Katsumato and I'm pretty sure that's not how you spell it but that's how its pronounced. The samurai is very strong and he has many conversations with the American and the American learns to be a Japanese and he learns the way of the Samurai and is very good with a sword. He go's in battle against the people he trained and he fights with Katsumato and Katsumato dies and The American is the last samurai. Of course they don't win the battle and many Japanese die. And the American survives.

Extra credit citizen test

Well my history teacher gave my class an extra credit thing were he gives you the whole citizen test and you have to answer all the questions and I am doing it with a lot of help from my mom and some from my dad. There are 144 questions which is a lot. I had to look up a bunch of stuff the the Internet but I have to get it done. Its worth 50 points so its really good. But some of its really hard. But That's all I got to say about it.

My Christmas

I had a super duper totally tubular Christmas. I actually got to open all my presents when my dad said I was only going to open 1 of them. I got all the best presents. I got this game called Risk which I am still plating with my dad, a magnetic spinning top, a game called Buzz Card, a Nerf gun with 6 Nerf balls that hurt when you get hit ( I know because my dad shot a million times while I was trying to play Guitar Hero 3) I got a gyroscope, I got boxers, this laxer game called Lazar Battle which I beat my dad at on the first try, and a bunch of other stuff, My brother got a big remote control truck, a ping pong paddle, his other paddle thing, and bunch of other stuff, my sister got this game called Apples to Apples, this barbie thing, a lot of other things, and my mom and dad got stuff too. My friends came over and we played guitar hero 3, and we played catch phrase which I got and they left. Then I just went back to playing Guitar hero 3. It was a really fun Christmas.

Guitar Hero 3

I'm on expert on Guitar Hero 3 and its super hard. I can't get past the song Paint it Black by the Rolling Stones. It really hard on Expert but I passed it on Hard. I am really far on Hard. I just can't get past this one other song on Hard. I forgot what its called but its crazy enough to not sound like a song.

Guitar hero 3

My brother left guitar hero 3 at my uncle's house a long time ago and we just got it back yesterday. He sent it on Monday. And I just got done playing it. It is so fun when you don't play it for awhile. Its like its new. Kinda. But still the game is really fun. I was sitting on the couch playing with my cat next to me. And so now I shall go to bed.

My concert

I just played my band concert and it was pretty cool. It was all the parents and kids and some kids that go to the school were watching. I played the percussion with D and E block. It was the best concert because it was our only concert so far. I got to play the orchestra bells, xylophone, and practice pad. I didn't get to play the bass drum or snare drum. But It was still a fun concert.

My Dog

Well my dog is always hungry because he is fat. But I walk him every day a very slow, boring, cold, long, walk around a neighborhood I don't usually go around. So it is unpleasant. My dog also dumps the trash in my back yard. My mom is always complaining and my dad is making me clean up the trash and he just does whatever he wants while I'm out int the cold. But oh well, that's how life goes. I mean its not like my dog knows what he's doing. Actually its funny I always think my is self aware so he knows what he is doing or like he has a secret eye that goes around and ac ts like a camera that is always watching what I'm doing. So he scares me sometimes. I don't know what to do with him.

Woot is the best place to buy stuff. They sell all kinds of stuff for the cheapest prices plus $5 shipping. I bought a skype phone which works on the computer so it has a USB cable. Its really good. I think I paid $8 plus $5 shipping. So $13. Really cheap. So just go to Woot.com and you can see for your self.

School

I have been having a lot of projects in school. Like history and writing projects. Science and even P.E. as well. There was a project in math that didn't look that major like the rest of the ones I get in other classes. That was the only one in math too. I am doing good in school to even though its hard to keep up with. It is still a pretty cool school. Especially the food. That's might be the best part.

Salt Water Taffy

This kind a taffy is the BEST OF THE BEST!!!!!!!!!! My dad got it for me at a chocolate shop in San Francisco. I just had some today/ OH my god was that gooooooood!!! He got chocolate flavor, eggnog flavor, cotton candy flavor, root beer float, and some other flavor we don't know. But I'll tell woo was that good taffy.

Guitar hero three

Well I didn't play today but The other day Which I was like a week ago I beat the whole game on medium. It was so cool. I battled the devil and beat him and while the credits were rolling there was this song that played and there were pictures of the people who made and developed the game I think or just people who have and play the game because I noticed by the white guitar. It was so fun to finally beat the game. So If you have a Wii you you gotta get this game if you like the guitar.

bookworm

Well there are man bookworm games out there but the one I am talking about is the one that I think is called bookworm adventure maybe deluxe. But the game is super duper extra luper fun. You are the green bookworm with glasses and a red tie fighting monsters with words. The bigger the word the more it hurts the monster you are fighting. The monster can fight back so you both have hearts. It is a really fun game. So I recommend getting if you can find it.

Volunteering for Thanksgiving

I don't remember where I volunteered to help out but my job was to give pie slices to the people who gave them to other people that were old and poor. I also got to put whipped cream if they wanted it. One guy came up and he said he wanted cool whip which he called the whipped cream. I wanted to laugh but I didn't. I did that for two shifts. My dad worked in the kitchen for two shifts as well. It was today so not quite on Thanksgiving. So after our shifts were done went and got some food and then pie with "cool whip". So then we went home after that. I had a fun time.

Tutu's

Tutu's shaved ice is the best. Its my favorite dessert ever. I went twice today. The first time I went was with my dad and I got a free one because I showed improvement in my report cards and they do that. I forgot what what I got except that I got mint ice cream in the bottom and one of the flavors was orange cream and its so good. The second time I went with my om and got a ting called volcano and that's with pina colada and tiger's blood. So Tutu's is the best.

Scrubs

Scrubs is pretty funny. Its a TV show. I just began the series though. My parents me my dog, cat and brother watched it. My brother found some of it scary which was funny to me. He had his hands over his ears. But scrubs is a really funny show.

Gutar hero 3

Well tonight I was playing people I didn't even know! I was playing them on the Internet. It was SO cool. I was playing a battle against them and face offing them and once coop with them but hey quit which sucked. And I beat Tom Morrelo again and Slash again. I bought slash so now I can play with him. Its so fun. I'm telling you that you should get this game. Its the best of the best.

Guitar Hero 3

Oh my god. I got so much farther. I beat Tom Morrelo a pro guitarist. Played in Rage Against The Machine. He was a boss. I beat him on Hard. It was SO fun. I am on the third or fourth venue. So yeah. It is definitely the best game in the world. OHHHH YEAH

OHHHHHHHHH MYYYYYYYYYYYY GODDDDDDDD. I heard the first note in the whole game and I screamed. I looked at this game like it was my whole life. I LOVE this game even though I haven't even played it yet. Now I have this game for my wii. I shall tell how this game went after I play it. Which be right now. Hey dad let me have a turn!!!!!

Zelda twilght princess

You must be tired of this but I like posting about it. So I became a wolf then I met princess Zelda, did some quest as the wolf and met two of four twilight things. It was so cool. They had big and long tails holding an orb and they were glowing with light and they were gold and I had to kill the dark monsters that were trying to kill and take over them. So That was so cool and fun. Now I am in the dungeon and and a monkey is getting me around its so cool. So that's as far as I got.

Zelda Twilight Princess

I was helping my brother on is file one day and I helped him get to a part where he became a wolf. And I wanted to have that part on my file since I did it. So I saved it onto my file but it had the name of his guy and his horses name so it was the exact same file. So I had to restart and I am almost to the part where I turn into a wolf.

Zelda Twilight Princess

I love this game and recommend it to everybody who has a Wii. It has cool graphics, its a fun game,and you get to use the nunchuck and the wiimote. IT RULES. You have to aim your slingshot with the nunchuck and shoot it with the wiimote. And you use the wiimote to fight with your sword. It id the best. You use the nunchuck to do a spiral attack with the sword. You can ride your horse while using your sword or your slingshot. That's as far as I got. So Have fun if you ever play the game. Oh yeah and one more thing, always read and pay attention to what people say and talk to everyone, it could help a lot.

Halloween

I actually had fun knowing the fact that I didn't go trick or treating this year. Me and my family went over to my friends house to do stuff there. I made cookies, passed out candy to kids knocking on the door which was kinda fun because I got to see all these little kids in their costumes and I saw of my middle school friends. I watched a movie with my friend which was pretty cool. It was called crazy Beautiful. When my other friend and my family came home they had tons of candy but I was only allowed to eat three pieces which I couldn't finish because the cookie that I made had so much frosting that I think it was thicker than the cookie. I was less than half way done with it by the time I got a stomach ache. I picked out a tootsie role and a lollipop. I wanted to pick my third candy because my dad said that the cookie didn't count as a candy but my dad got weary of holding the bag open for me while I searched for the piece of candy I was looking for which was an Abazabba. But then right after that we left to go home and I went to bed and got up early in the morning for school the next day. So I had a lot of fun on Halloween.
