I went to the gym 2 days ago and did camp 24. It was really really fun and a good workout. I was sore yesterday and I'm sore today. I hope it goes away tomorrow. Today would be good too. In the class i went to we did so many different things like squats, the weight bar and just weights working out our triceps and chest and i think we did every part of our body. We did push ups and crunches and so many things. When we went in the class at first, it was all foggy from the sweat on the windows and it was nasty, but i got through it and i want to do it again. I'm probably going to sign up soon.
